September in the air

Aloha! (I just wanted to start this post differently). Welcome to the weekly news of Vitality life in Bergolo. As you can notice, Sofia is currently absent so it's Mia again. Let's hope the next time it will be my lovely waifuuu to share the news from her vacation in Bulgaria. Sofi, we miss you. Come back.

So, what's new here? Well, we had a short break between the projects so we took a chance to visit a local farm Pianpicollo Selvatico and we spend a peaceful and regenerative (in terms of working energy) afternoon there.

And then, a new project started. The start was a bit tough for us as we almost had no time to rest after closing the "Be Well 2.0".

In this project we have a possibility to facilitate some activities, so we keep working hard preparing materials for the workshops. I am taking care of the visibility of the project and helping in one of the reflection groups. Tim and Raul are mostly busy in the workshops. Milli and Sefa are helping Davide in the kitchen. Emil and Angelina are taking care of the breakfast and breaks. And Bryan also is helping with the workshops. And there is also Sofia(the team supervisor of the project), who is doing a bit of everything and everywhere and other Sofia (Adele's sister) again helped us in Cascina

What about the participants of the "Africa EUnite" project? They seem to be very sporty people but our neighbor Stefano still can teach them some moves

Livia this time managed to avoid my camera so she is not in the pictures but still in our hearts as always. That's it for today. See you next week.
